Liberia raised from 150/163 in 2006 to 75/177 in 2012 in the ranking of Transparency International. Since the beginning of 2023 Ukraine arrested several high-ranking ministers, including the Chief Justice, for corruption and bribery while also raising by 6 ranks in the CPI from 2021 to 2022.
